This is the standard lease agreement included with every Qflow scanner hire, shown here so you know what to expect. Blanks (dates, names, signatures) are completed per booking and confirmed on your actual invoice.
Reference only, not for signature. Your booking is confirmed under its own signed agreement.
This Equipment Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered on by and between the Lessor and Lessee (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) for purposes of renting the equipment as described in the accompanying invoice (the “Invoice”).
Lessor hereby agrees to rent the equipment as described in the Invoice.
The lease will start on and end on . This incorporates two hire periods.
The total cost of the lease will be outlined in the accompanying hire invoice.
The Lessor will be responsible for ensuring shipment of equipment arrives by the lease start date.
The Lessor will choose the adequate shipping method at the expense of the Lessee. Costs will be estimated by the Lessor and charged once finalised.

The Lessor cannot guarantee the arrival date but is using carrier quoted times. If the Lessee needs a guarantee of the arrival date, extension of the lease term is recommended and/or a faster courier service.
Failure to report or claim any damage to the equipment before the lease begins constitutes acceptance of the condition, and responsibility for damage or loss incurred during the lease term. Known damage is outlined in the equipment notes below.
Notes: minor scratches and wear from normal use on the scanner units.
Lessee is responsible for any use of the equipment and should ensure adequate measures are taken to prevent loss or damage. A sign-out sheet with collateral is recommended.
The Lessee is responsible for any damages, whether cosmetic or functional, that arise from the use of equipment during the lease term.
Lessee is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment if insurance was paid for (at the expense of Lessee). A broken screen constitutes device replacement. Replacement and cosmetic damage costs are outlined in the equipment cost schedule below.
Lessee shall package up the equipment as it had arrived, and ship it back to the Lessor via a courier service including next day delivery, supplied tracking, and an insurance value of £2,500.
Return shipping insurance is mandatory unless otherwise noted, and is at the expense of the Lessee. The insurance value is calculated as per the outbound shipping fees detailed on the hire invoice.
The Invoice outlines the daily cost of the leased equipment. For each extra day the equipment is kept, an additional day is charged to the balance of the Invoice.
Should the Lessor not receive the equipment back within 7 days following the lease term, the full cost of the equipment hired will be charged to the Lessee.
