Long lease hire terms

A general summary of the standard terms that apply to long-term Qflow scanner leases. This page is for reference only. Every long-term lease is confirmed under a signed agreement tailored to your organisation's requirements.

  • Long-term lease agreements cover extended or ongoing use of Qflow scanning equipment and the Qflow platform.
  • Equipment remains the property of Qflow throughout the lease term. The customer has the right to use it, not own it.
  • Fees are billed according to the agreed schedule, with a security deposit typically held for the duration of the lease.
  • Customers are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment, including secure storage and basic day-to-day maintenance.
  • Software, connectivity and remote device management are included as standard, with defined support levels and response times.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged equipment is chargeable per the agreed replacement schedule, subject to any insurance held.
  • Insurance is required for the duration of the lease, covering loss, theft and accidental damage.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement under defined circumstances, with notice periods set out in the full agreement.
  • Equipment must be returned in good working order at the end of the lease term, or replacement costs may apply.
  • Customer data is handled in line with data protection obligations and is never shared without consent.
  • Standard confidentiality, liability and force majeure provisions apply, as is normal for a commercial lease.
  • The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Full terms, including equipment, commercial terms and support schedules, are set out in a signed long-term lease agreement tailored to your requirements.
